dear don't think about crop factor. actually PIU are fixed almost after some specific period of time. In PIU , we are only concern about the productivity of soil. suppose if we take a particular crop, then there might b rain which can increase the production of crop in case of many crops like rice, sugercane etc. in PIU , ENVIORNMENTAL, WATER AVAILABILITY, THE QUALITY OF SOIL AND SO MANY FACTORS ARE BEING TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT. SO IT IS THE AVERAGE AGGREGATE PRODUCTION. DO YOU NEED SOME MORE DETAIL, I CAN PROVIDE IT. IT IS MY OPTION AND I THINK IT IS THE RIGHT ONE ALSO.
