Islamiat and pak studies are taught in Urdu at government colleges so you can easily take them from a book shop.
For Journalism,I read "Sahafat" by Saleem Akhter and another book by "Mehdi Hasan".
It will be better if you make your own notes by consulting newspapers and T.V channels.
