Cooki. I think ur a bit too late. But it wont hurt to try it still...Write an application to Assistant Director CSS. Go to FPSC and ask them to let u meet him. If u manage to go inside. Then u can raise ur hopes. Deliver application by hand to him and explain the situation....maybe maybe he will entertain it.
