i have understood .......... but sir if a candidate got 800 marsks in written and he opts PSP or DMG as his first preference ....but the panel found him unsuitable for both then how will they apply this scheme to him as he has already scored 800 in written and whatever marks he gets in interview will get him into the both groups..........
