anticorruption measures

1. legislate to ensure security of tenure of cops (considering DG Tariq khosa (Pak steel Mills), Zafar qureshi (NICL scam),hussain asghar ( Hajj scam) all were transfered..investigation suffered..
2. Witness protection program ( otherwise ppl would continue to hesitate or backtrack, fearing repercussions)
3. end of constitutional immunity (separate laws for the poor and the powerful?! and then we call pakistan islamic republic?...even pious caliphs were hauled to court by common ppl)
4.capital punnishment for corruption (like its there in china)
