No one can predict scoring trend of any subject in a particular year. Geography has been an ever green subject most of the times but you never know which year will bring its downfall. This is true for all the subjects. So what one can do is to select subjects which have been good scoring most of the times, prepare for the worst and leave the rest to ALMIGHTY. This is where luck plays its part. Candidates opting Islamic History in CSS 2009 scored as high as 188 and the same candidates couldn't cross even 100 in CSS 2010. This brutal and unfair marking trend of FPSC is beyond comprehension. Therefore, there is no guarantee that a particular subject will be scoring in a coming year or not... However, it has been seen that subjects like Psychology, Geography, Islamic History, Arabic, Journalism, Sociology, Agriculture, Forestry, Constitutional Law, Regional Languages, US History, Public Administration and International Law etc have been scoring most of the times. So, you may go for any combination from these subjects.
