May be by taking back objective paper,they want to finance the FPSC through selling this stuff..If so ,they should also make arrangement to collect subjective too.
...It fact,when paper setting directions go to paper setters,past paper is also attached with them yet it is not mandatory for paper setter to follow past trends.That s why we find less or more deviation from past trends.
