There are two main reasons of this unexpected delay in the result of Lecturer Exam.

1. FGEI (C&G) has recently inducted about 200 Lecturers on permanent basis who were previously working on contract basis after court's decision.

2. Currently, Establishment division has also taken up the case of Daily wages employees, including Lecturers, working in FG schools and colleges to make them permanent in their respective job positions. In this regard, a meeting between FGEI's Director and Establishment Division was scheduled on 16th of this month but delayed due to unknown reasons.

Owing to these reasons, FGEI has requested FPSC to decrease the number of Posts (from 100 % to 45%) for which the written exam had already been conducted. Presently, these three departments are negotiating how to resolve this matter.
