OCO - Outsource Cash Offer is temporary contract job means you will be hired by any other third party company not bank itself. There is a mix bag I know some people who are working as OCO with no any kind of promotions etc but there are people who are permanent and are chief teller . one of my friend is operation manager he was Universal teller . I am talking about UBL not HBL but you will get some idea

responsibilities of OCOz are many ,.. They are the part of operations , your responsibilities includes accepting deposits , transfer , withdrawals , utility bills and closing as well
