It is very sad to note that one of our dearest forum members, shallowwater (Mr. Safdar Jang) will not be able to get allocation despite his three successful attempts. Although, its an honour to qualify CSS for consecutive three years, but its quite painful for a candidate who has given his best by being so much focused, hard working, determined and consistent to end up non-allocated. I salute the patience, determination, commitment and strength of this man. May ALLAH bless him with success in whatever career he pursues in his future life!
