I think Chemguy is referring to the repeated use of the word 'He' in place of 'One'. Although, 'one' is used for both genders (he/she) but it is also not wrong to use the word 'he' when we discuss something in general context. For example:
Man is mortal. He is to die sooner or later.
In above sentence, we have used the pronoun 'He' for the noun 'man' which is referring to human beings of both genders including every man and woman.
