this is the original source.........this article was of july 2010...........he was promoted to SP on october 2009.....he cleared css in 2003.......he joined css acadamy in 2005.......pass out in 2007 as a full ASP.......became full SP in 2009...... so after becoming ASP it took 2 years to become SP ...or in other words he become SP 4 years after joining the academy.........who said it took 6-7 years??? concludingly it takes 4-5 years to become SP including training and 2-3 years without including training.
