above two selected are not seemed to belong female or minority category to be benefited ,if so plz respond

on the contrary so many candidates are not seleted despite having 57 ,56,55,54 marks being sindh domiciled ,one example is given below
Raheel Ahmed Narejo 71140172=55 marks JIO =NOT SELECTED ,like this so many candidates are discouraged ,u can check also marks in that roll no series given above ,seniors plz ponder and solve merit calculation plz plz lz i am confused
