Bertrand Russel, a great historian says, " Every nation has a rise and a fall." So is the view of Ibne Khaldoon.

Power has been transferring from nations to nations, countries to countries and continents to continents. It has never lived perpenantely in any hand It is because change is constant.

In earliest period, the East was more civilized and powerful than the west. Then, the west achieved power with the developments of Greeks and Rome.

These both civilizations saw the rise and decline was unavoidable and unstoppable. Undoubtedly, they were blessed with decline. Power slipped away; and caught by the East. This period was known as Golden Period of Muslims.

When we started making tombs, palaces, gardens; European had started making libraries and universities. And, indeed, we see our fall and westerns are enjoying the rise.

The reason behind above talk is to tell that power never lives at one place.

If 20 states of U.S.A want separation what about 30 others? What I can say land which remains silent for years can burst up with burning volcano(When? None knows!).
One can't stop and launch the change. Change has its free will. It doesn't ask when to come and when to go.

Uncle Sam is cleverer than our Ideas. She would have started working on her solutions.
