Zone-5:- Districts of Haripur, Abbottabad, Mansehra excluding their backward areas included in Zone-3

Dear Aftab how can Kohat be placed in both Zone 1 and Zone 4.. According to my knowledge District Kohat is in Zone 4.. Please correct me if I am wrong..
