Pay scale revised and salary is now round 45k. Unlimited Medical for Parents and my family. Bonuses on Eid's. 54 Holidays Per Year. I can suspend employees of scale 1-10. and many many other benefits.

State life comes under Ministry of Commerce. It is actually a Ministry Job. Posting can be done anywhere. Myself posted in Gujrat. A.M's Grade is 09 which is equivalent to BPS-17!!!
