thats fetal period 9th week to delivery of neonate.

yes like growth, maturation and development are affected by hereditary.....say for example,in klinefelters syndrome sexual organs do not develop.its means seuxal maturity could not occur due to hereditary disease.
For example, few people are born without organ or part of an organ.it means that organ or part an organ could not develop due to any genetic abnormality.

yes exogenous factors can affect maturation.

Its one of the characteristics of growth and development that both are dynamic processes.so,it can be said these experience motion.

maturation is a continuous process. It may continue in one organ and end in other.Thouroughly, its goes on throughout life.eg blood cells are replenished in every 120days and newly synthesized will under go maturation prior to blood circulation.
Growth and development are outcome of mitosis.Mitosis occurs in both processes.

i'll reply remaining two questions in outline form bc these require lot of time to be answered in detail.
