With agriculture background, you may be having knowledge of some aspects of Botany but other aspects will be new for you and sometime many technical questions may come, leaving you to score less in this subject. I had opted Botany and in one year i had scored 150 in it and in second year only 105.
As suggested by marilatif, you may like to opt other subjects, say Geography etc.
