Dear as long as PMS is not conducted every year like CSS, S&GAD is under obligation to grant the age relaxation, this PMS was delayed because of same very reason, but it was for this time only that age relaxation was granted, it doesn't mean that age limit has been extended to 31 years, but i have heard through plausible sources that this time there would be no age relaxation. let us see
