I think senior members have very beautifully drawn the comparative anaylsis, one latest thing I would like to add, which is about Kamran Faisal, allegedly murdered Assistant Director of NAB, who resigned AD'ship of FIA for the same position in NAB (PSP is far more priviliged group than NAB). And it is also reported by his friends that he was not much satisfied with the pay package at FIA in the first place, and the departmental culture in the second. A point to ponder
