First of all one thing must be cleared that four years bachelor degree is equivalent to master degree awarded after 16 years of schooling. It has been notified by HEC as well.
But you should be very much clear that MPA is not equivalent to MBA or vice versa. These both have their own charm. As you have told your experience about it. MBAs have comparatively more chances than the MPAs.

Now I'll suggest you to go for MBA, as Institute of Business Admin University of sindh is well reputed and its degree has some worth. Its one of the good departments of alma mater. Regards.
