First home rule bill was passed by gladstone but it failed n that too in 1886.

And regarding the peace treaties i think the question itself is flawed. Where it was signed n with whom.. It should hav been mentioned. Versailles with germans. St.Germain with Austria. Trianon with Hungary, Neuilly with Bulgars. Serves and Lausanne with Turks. Atleast they shud have mentioned with whom n where. The question is defective.
