I couldn't completely understand that what he wants to say.......
I think iska ye mtlb he k EDO's ne abhi ye nahi bataya RSU ko k need based vacancies kitni hen ya iska ye mtlb he abhi list nahi banai k offer letter kis ko dene hen. God knows better
