Comment with reference to the image of CSP/DMG in the public mind and their dominance and pre-eminence vis-à-vis other functional groups after the administrative reforms of 1973.

7. Describe the major features of public personnel management in the government of Pakistan and suggest reforms in the light of your comments and description.

8. Discuss the role of Audit in ensuring financial propriety and discipline in the government of Pakistan. Has it been successful?
