"The objective of our MTO – Branch Banking Program is to have a focused approach towards facilitating an environment, highly conducive to learning, as well as interactive practical exposure combined to create a job experience that challenges the officers’ intellect to perform and grow with the institution. The program offers a great opportunity, for career progression and job satisfaction, to those who have ability as well as enthusiasm to play a key role in the future development of HabibMetro Bank and make a career in the ever challenging environment. The selection of these MTOs-Branch Banking takes place majorly for three stations i.e. Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad which means that they are placed at different branches in the mentioned cities. However, based on business requirement, the Bank may exercise its right to transfer the services of any employee anywhere in the country.

Offered: OGII Functional Title: Branch Banking MTO

Compensation Package: Initially the officers will be paid, based on the educational qualifications, monthly gross salary of Rs.30,000/- & Rs.35,000/- for Bachelors & Masters respectively . Upon successful completion of 1 year service, these officers will be confirmed and awarded 1 flat increment (the increment amount will be based on the management’s discretion). In addition, they will be entitled to the following perks and benefits: Group Life Insurance Rs. 3Million Medical Insurance (inpatient for self, spouse & children) 3 Bonuses (1 Basic each) Privileged Leave & Leave Encashment Provident Fund (upon confirmation of services) Gratuity Fund (as per Bank Policy) Staff Loan (as per Bank Policy)

Training: The Branch Banking MTO Program provides extensive training of around 4 months w.r.t on-the-job and class room training entailing all major areas of General Banking, Advances & Trade Finance where the officers experience the best industry practices & controls. Through on-the-job trainings, these officers are also exposed to various other functions including but not limited to Risk, Treasury, Operations, Compliance & Audit to develop their focus and understanding. During training they are also given opportunity to interact with senior management to learn professional relationship management and enhance their professional personality. The progress of these officers is evaluated at every stage of job rotation, compiled & analyzed to form final assessment for confirmation and posting in any of the branches (in general banking) as Branch Banking MTO. Final Interview for Confirmation: The training evaluation procedure is specifically designed for Branch Banking MTOs to assess their learning and understanding aspects in terms of technical skills and behavioral competencies during classroom and on-the-job trainings. The evaluation is measured through frequent quizzes / test, presentations, class participation, case studies & practical knowledge etc. After finalization of evaluations, and before the permanent postings at branches, placements are made keeping in view the performance, potential, inclination of the officer as well as Bank’s need in a particular area. The pace of growth, in terms of job enrichment and professional development, of these MTOs is much accelerated, as they are provided ample opportunities to prove their mettle through high performance."
