I'm from Lahore, but saying that it is the intellectual capital is a way of dissuading other people, as in they would not be able to pass the exam without coming here. You just don't put them in trouble.

Academies are a waste of time. You can easily prepare at home. You don't have to beautify your expression, just keep it simple, meaningful and grammatically correct.
