Often one wonders about the systems of our country. When we carefully analyze, we come to know that there are so many flaws in the systems and still no one even bother to discuss. Css is one such system. When we go thru the system we come to know that the objective of css is bring the cream of our country into mainstream operations of the country. After a strugle of almost 2 years what one gets is simply discouraging. For instance of all thr qualified css only 20-30% get allocatef which is a heart breaking. Even after the strugle of 2 years, you are at absolute zero. Next of those get allocated only 15-20% get allocated in prestigious groups. Rest all have to compromise. Being an OMG officer one gets a salary of 25-30k which in normal cases is equal to the salary of a driver in a reasonable org. The present govt had the manifesto to raise the salary of a labor to 15k per month while the salary of most difficult exam qualifier is 25k. Moreover last 5 years the salary of labor went from 3k to 9k but the salary of css qualifier saw no reasonable increment. What all this imply? Is this an invitation to indulge in corrupt pratices?
