I have filtered entire CSS forum.Many previous candidates were asked to submit missing documents by FPSC such as, CE 10,11,12,and most of these candidates were declared successful subsequently.God knows better,but question arises that if FPSC really verifying,scrutinizing or asking for missing documents then why they did not bother to send letters to all those candidates who did not submit their full documents while submitting CE 13 Form? For example,I personally remember my 3 friends who did not submit their Masters degree,but not asked,so why FPSC sent memorandum letters to those candidates who we believe likely to pass the exams?
