you yourself have answered the difference. i do agree with you. OMG is far better than Postal, because you are in the mainstream of government. you have the most diverse mobility. can go on deputation in any department just like DMG. have better career opportunities. get well known by the society. and lastly go up to the grade of 22. its just a matter of few years when you get all the privileges as of a civil servant of a postal group.
