Kashif already explained both points well, for second point I want to add:

• As far as your typing details, you can know what you typed originally and your later corrections by enabling Track Changes in Microsoft Word.
• It is possible to know words per minute typed in Microsoft Word but for this we have to write a bit complex code in VBA (i.e enabling macros) and also have to write another code to run original code in back ground, and I'm not going into that. So use typing tutors as advised by Kashif.
