Usually Deputation during Probationary Period is not allowed in Rules but in the case of 37th CTP and 38th CTP OMG officers, They went on deputation to above depts within first year of their Service at Federal Secretariat.

Deputation is a two-way process. Get a requisition letter from ur desired dept/Organisation, and then move the establishment div to allow you to go on it.
