Relations between two countries build up over decades and not in a matter of few years.
One should study relations with other countries right from the birth of Pakistan. Because only in this way one will hold a grip and then you will understand why certain countries are friends and others are foes. Particularly, the ups and downs of our relations with US in the course of history and the total hostile attitude of India since the inception of Pakistan.
