A very good attempt dear but I think the concept of fluvial cycle to be discussed here is not
Hydrological(Water) cycle that you've explained but its
fluvial cycle of erosion.
Though the term "fluvial cycle" here is ambiguous as it means cycle involving water. However since this question is about the erosion caused by river water, I guess its Fluvial Cycle of Erosion.

PS: Though you may also find references for Water Cycle that you've explained but think about this its a question about erosion by water, why would an examiner ask about water cycle in a question regarding erosion by river water.
