I think almost all of these issues will be addressed from next year. After commencement of screening test, only limited number of candidates will actually compete in final exam, the standards will definitely improve.To conduct exam at this level FPSC has to rely on local educators, so standards are at times compromised.

Yes, I have just come to know that some female aspirants can go any length to become CSP, (apologies to other females) then be it seducing the nearby male aspirant and have him helping you or talking on cell phones. FPSC must do something to ensure the equality for all. At the same time we, the aspirants, must also behave as educated people, after all you are going to become bureaucrats.

Well seduce is a string word.
Why seduce a male aspirant when she can just ask and he will be flattered.
