Default Allocation error???
Dear Seniors,
How come Merit No. 183 is not allocated in postal but Merit no 192, 193, 196 and 202 got allocated on Punjab OPEN MERIT....................?????????

It's urgent, you people are requested to please guide me whether this is an error or is there is any logic behind.
