Muhammad Law is an interesting subject, but it requires a lot of efforts and understanding. This is the same reason for low scores in Muhammadan Law. I would suggest you not to opt this subject, unless you have no other option. If you are still interested in it follow the combinations of both books mentioned below.
Muhammadan Law by D.F Mullah
Muhammadan Jurisprudence by Sir Abdur Rahim.
