AOA ....!!!

Dear members : I have queries regarding degree pro grammes at abroad . Please answer to my query as soon as possible . It is an urgent and immediacy case for me .

1. HEC Islamabad has only authority to attest Certificates/degrees and DMCs/transcripts ? HEC issues tokens up to 240 per day so after 240 NO: one has to wait for up coming days ? It is also said secretary should have been in Pakistan , must not on foreign tours .How many days it take for
attestation

The date shows offices has been initiated in Lahore as well in Peshawar..and blogger link is one month old where person : Osama Anwar has complained. I only need verification just HEC Lahore is also attesting degrees ?

2. Do HEC Lahore attest documents : DMC/transcripts and Certificates / degress ?

3. Why HEC and Inter board committee of chairman has the same authority: they both can attest documents up to intermediate level and give percentage ...Will their % formula fro granting foreign degree in equivalence would be equal ?Or HEC only verify documents of graduation as well as post graduate level ?

4. IBCC testifies at inter level and HEC at higher level ? If so why these documents needed verification further from MOFA : ministry of foreign affairs ?

4. It is written for urgent attestation with in a day one needs 2000/- per degree for conversion in this way :
1. Matric degree + DMC = 2000+2000= 4000/-
2. Inter degree+ DMC = 2000+ 2000 =4000/-
3. B.A degree + DMC = 2000+ 2000 = 4000/-
4. And like wise .....

Apart from it challan 200 for attestation of original form & 100 for photocopy . Why photo copy needs attestation ?
In this way charges for attestation of original as well as photocopies are measured by me in this way

2. Inter 600
3. Graduation 600
like wise

If these details are wrong than correct me and further charges require for foreign degrees equivalences ??? Then guide me ?

The red highlighted area is for what? Which degree they are demanding ...?
