As per my past experience of interviews in Strategic organization for Jr. Executives or Admin Officer or A.M Admin following points are important
General Guidelines:
Prepare your brief introduction (mentioning key points of your education, experience, personality, achievements)
Answer truly whatever they ask and never try to be over smart because panel is smarter than you
Know about your self in details(your strengths / weakness)
Present your weakness in positive way
Must be well dressed and well spoken
Answer softly if you disagree with interviewer point of view
Listen questions attentively and answer after few seconds
Specific:
Questions may be asked from Management, HRM and Marketing
about your family and personal life
your hobbies etc
Situation base question to check your analysis power
Most important Ist and last impression in interview
Last but not the least Your luck and Prayers of your parents
