Often one wonders about the systems of our country. When we carefully analyze, we come to know that there are so many flaws in the systems and still no one even bother to discuss. Css is one such system. When we go thru the system we come to know that the objective of css is bring the cream of our country into mainstream operations of the country. honorable members,FPSC annouced post of section offier in national assembly and I want to apply for that but the problem is that i did not know where & how to prepare the topics mentioned in the salybus and i have not any idea about these topics . . so my request is that kindly help me in this regard and suggest me some books/studiying materials or any thing which cover/contain these topics and that can help me in prepartion for this exam.
it is also requested if you have relivant material than kindly provide me. or tell me where to prepare these topics..the topics are given below.
1) rules of bussiness
2) Secretariat instructions.
3) Noting, drafting & office procedure
4) civil cervant act 1973 & rules framed there under
5) National Assembly rules & regulations
7) General Financial Rules Vol:1 & 2.
8)Basic concept of quality managment & public administration.
again i am requested from you seniors to help me and suggest me some relivant books and studing material for prepartion.. waiting for your sincier advice,guidence and cooperation with thanks.,
