What do you mean by word "Suffer" ?
I personally know teacher in Lahore who teaches Arabic and Persian from base and leads you to a position where you can write your answer in respective language. Once you complete your course, you must be capable enough to write your answer in that particular language. Otherwise don't waste money and time by attending lectures of such money grabbers.
