Yes. Memorizing Past Years' papers is a suitable way to cover the syllabi. But, to be secure, visit each thread of Compulsory and your Optional ones and download
Sticky Study Plan . They are prepared by keeping in view the past papers and the important areas are covered. Follow the Study Plan. It will take short time and will cover the Past Papers as well.
