Steps to follow:

1) Click on the following link:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/mv93a13r4f...B.torrent?dl=0

You will see the two buttons -- download button and save to my Dropbox.

2) Click on the button "download button", which will send a command to your (chrome) browser behind the curtain and will force it(Chrome) to download the file for you.

3) Now you have the torrent file. Thereafter all you need is to double click that file. If you have the uTorrent installed in your personal computer, that file will be opened automatically in uTorrent, and you just have to wait for it to complete the downloading of the book.

Ma'am, I could not make more simpler steps to follow than that of mentioned above.
