sure dear not only css forum there are a lot of platforms where you have the opportunity to keep yourself abreast of the latest developments..
secondly, blindly following books could sometimes end up in disastrous situation..i have this bitter experience
...i am not claiming that whatever written in the book is wrong but recommending to make clear your doubts by exploring multiple advantages of the internet ,books of a secondary level should not be the final source where views and opinions of eminent scholars are available at the door steps...
