As far as I can understand, the paper checker, I guess, is given a standardized solution to the paper and he checks in accordance with that solution.
This, however, in no way means that the checker doesn't follow his own knowledge.
It would be much easier for other members, if you could elaborate as to what do you mean by the term
"ideology" here as it creates confusion as to what kind of ideology ? Is it related to sects or something else.
Please provide clear understanding of your query.
