If you have already covered all the other optionals, choose B. H. That is the only history which still fetches a relatively good score (emphasis on 'relatively'—because histories in general are being discouraged as far as scoreing trends are concerned). If you have other optionals yet to study, and you have to choose one history subject, then go for US. Its syllabus can be covered in a relatively shorter time (again, emphasis on 'relatively').
