it needed two-tired arguments i-e giving freedom of expression in those situations and circumstances when you disagree with the matter
for example
*freedom of expression in courts ; when the judge gives an ear to all arguments made by the witnesses even if he disagrees with them ...
*freedom of expression in national assemblies and conferences at international level; when all the members are allowed to share their viewpoints through speeches and discussions despite of the difference of ideologies,goals and objectives.... no one is deprived of his right to speak.
