Inspector is point incharge wheras dep ad sector commander.. There is a huge difference between them. d.ad wears ranks of army captain/ dsp police.. Moreover, 3-4 inspectors work under a deputy ad. strictly speaking, Inspector ASF is not more than a gatekeeper... He has no powers and no respect even. Sometimes he had to check luggage ..please please dont compare insp ASF with insp police or else. I won't recommend any one to join ASF as an inspector (at least)..
