he said " well gentlemen, you have 2years experience of computer science, and you might forgot what you learn in your biomedical engg. we need a focused biomed enggr".
my interview (both pysch and deputy) went well. Of course i could not answer few questions correctly but that happens i guess. Deputy took 35mins with me and discussed pretty much everything related to me. I was quite confident because i did good in both interviews.

Perhaps my GTO was not happy with me... To my knowledge, indoor GTO activities also went well but outdoor not so good. My chest number was 1 so it brought some negative aspects, like the group would push each other (planning and outdoor tasks) and i being on extreme side got out of designated area making a foul. In command task the group had to follow me but problem was that i could not spot where the commander and gto is (one guy is supposed to keep an eye yet they would not do their job), Some times i would have to choose new route due to activities going on so i had mistakenly crossed the task area which later gto pointed that do not cross the task area.
My command task was in the last. It started fine but i myself made foul of taking large steps when jumping/throwing was not allowed. Later Gto said that commander will go in himself, i did but halfway he stopped us, asked the plan and said thank you.
I attempted 7 obstacles out of which 2 were with fouls, i did zigzag but at last bar i got unbalanced and grabbed the bar with my hands (foul), even then i did not fall and completed the zig zag (bad luck), I totally forgot tarzan swing otherwise could have done that as well instead i ran for monkey bridge, i crossed it and while i was coming down with the rope, he whistled. I fell many times but i think i showed courage and agility in obstacles. It was my first time ever doing such physical activity. I had no problem crossing the ditch as well.

One thing that bothers me is that both deputy and pysch asked me that do you fear anything? i said no. deputy then said that some people fear fire, some water, some height etc what about you. I said no sir i have no such fears at all. I don't know what made them assume this.

I keep thinking the reasons for my not recommendation so that i can improve myself in those areas but cant seem to find what went wrong. I was quite hopeful btw
