The 1st phase of psychological tests has started. They have asked to bring the following documents:
The candidates are required to bring all original documents, Application Form (duly filled in) alongwith attested photocopies of all documents, four sets of security clearance proforma (duly filled in) downloaded from www.fpsc.gov.pk, educational profile proforma, undertaking and two recent passport size photographs for Psychological Assessment.

Now this is confusing. I have following questions:
What application form are they asking here?
Are they asking for attested photocopies of degrees and transcripts?
And how to get character certificate as I have done MSc from Sweden back in 2011?
