Models and perspective and approaches are same, they would include:
The biological perspective/model/approach
Psychoanalytic perspective/model/approach
Cognitive perspective/model/approach
Behavioral perspective/model/approach
Some add a few more
Evolutionary and subjectivist approach. But the above mentioned should suffice because they are important.
The syllabus setter sure knew how to confuse people
